Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused and in its original packaging and all seals unopened.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@yagnispices.com. Postage for all returns will be paid for by the buyer. 

 

Damages and issues
Please refuse delivery if the package is damaged. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and clearance items (sold as sort dated or sold as damaged) or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

You are advised to always read the product label for ingredients, nutrition, dietary claims and allergens. We are unable to accept liability for any incorrect information. If in doubt please contact us for clarification or confirmation. From time to time certain products maybe changed to a similar item from a different manufacturer. Due to manufacture packaging changes the product dispatched may look slightly different from the images shown. We aim to provide items with a minimum of 3 months best before date. No items will be shipped with less than 1 months best before date left unless clearly stated in the listing.
